We’re just as excited as you are to get your order on its way! It will take 1-2 business days for our warehouse to process and ship your order.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link from Australia Post. You can follow your package every step of the journey.

If tracking hasn’t updated yet, don’t worry, it can take up to 24-48 hours after dispatch for an update from Australia Post.

Orders to New Zealand

Please note that orders for New Zealand are also shipped from our Australian Warehouse. It can take up to 5 business days for Australia Post to show the shipping information on their website. Excluding warehouse processing time, it can take from 6 to 10 business days to deliver to New Zealand addresses.
