Please note: While we don't charge restocking and processing fees on returned products, customers are responsible for their postage costs.
- Item(s) are available for return once they have shipped.
- Please note that you must organise and pay for the return postage costs yourself. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
- A refund, excluding shipping charges, will be issued for clean, unworn, and unwashed sneakers. If you receive sneakers and notice that the product is not 100% clean, please get in touch with our customer support before initiating the return process.
- Both the product and its packaging must be in their original condition.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items received more than 30 days after the specified date will no longer be eligible for return.
- Items marked as “Clearance” are not eligible for return or exchange.
